As the train starts to slow down near the station, ride your horse up alongside it and jump aboard. You'll have to deal with a goon on the roof of one of the cars first. Take care of him, then keep moving up the train to find Anders.

    Subduing Anders: This is where you'll need to be careful. Anders is going to try and hit you, but you need to avoid taking any hits yourself for that Gold Medal. The trick here is to bait him into attacking, then counter with the [Square]/[X] button. This should give you a few free hits. Once he's knocked out, pick him up and put him on your horse. Now, it's a mad dash back to the Rhodes jail to drop him off.

    The Fishing Trip: After dropping Anders off, you'll have a choice: head back to camp or continue the fishing trip. For the sake of the mission and that Gold Medal, choose to continue the fishing trip. Follow Hosea down to the boat on the shore. Row out to the marker and equip your fishing rod. Make sure you've got the Lake Lure equipped, as you'll need to catch at least one fish for the Gold Medal. Once you've got your catch, unequip the rod, and you'll row back to camp to wrap things up.
