Ellie Anne Swan is hanging out a little southwest of Cumberland Falls, specifically on the western bank of the river. When you get close, you'll find her having a bit of a spat with her current boyfriend. Approach them, and Ellie will try to get her fella to go after you. Don't worry too much, though; if you don't make a move, he won't either. She'll end up offing him herself, and then she'll come charging at you with a knife. Remember, she needs to be alive! So, get your lasso ready and rope her quickly. Once she's caught, hogtie her to completely incapacitate her. Load her onto your horse and ride back to the sheriff's office in Valentine to complete the bounty and collect your reward of $25.
