    Find Cotorra Springs: Head north of Valentine. If you've done the first part of 'The Noblest of Men, and a Woman' mission, you'll see Barrow Lagoon on your map northwest of Valentine. Follow the Dakota River west and then north, and you should uncover Window Rock. Cotorra Springs is northeast of there. It's a pretty open area with geysers and a bunch of rock piles, called cairns.

    Locate the Correct Cairn: Most of the cairns are big at the bottom with small rocks on top. You're looking for a specific one: it has a larger rock on its very top. Keep searching around the area, especially to the right of the second 'O' in 'Cotorra' on the map, until you spot it.

    Get the Next Map: Once you find that specific cairn, walk up to it. You'll get a prompt to search. Do that, and you'll snag another map, which is the third and final one.

    Head to O'Creagh's Run: This last map points you to Grizzlies East, east of Cotorra Springs. Look for a large lake called O'Creagh's Run.

    Reach the Island: Right in the middle of this lake is a small island. You can swim, but it'll drain your stamina fast. A much better way is to use the small peninsula on the western side of the lake to get closer to the island without losing too much stamina.

    Find the Treasure: Once you land on the island, look for a small patch of greenery on the southern end. It's not in a big bush, but in a grassy spot. Move around this grassy area until you get a prompt to search a rock.

    Claim Your Reward: Search that rock, and you've finally found it! You'll get two Gold Bars.
