Hop into the wagon and drive it to the mission marker, which is conveniently located near Rhodes. Once you arrive, dismount and let Miss Grimshaw handle the introduction to the guard outside the house.

Head inside the house. Your first target is the man directly in front of you. Use Dead Eye to line up a headshot. After that, make your way through the door to your right. There's another man in there – take him out with a headshot as well. Now, quickly cut Tilly free. Keeping your accuracy high in these tight spaces is crucial, especially since missing shots can mean restarting the checkpoint. Dead Eye is your best friend here for ensuring those precise kills.

Once Tilly is safe and sound, you'll both mount up on horses outside with Miss Grimshaw. It's time to chase down the remaining Foreman boys. To get that Gold Medal, you absolutely *must* land the killing blow on the first two Foreman boys yourself. Ride up close to them and activate Dead Eye to guarantee you not only take them down but also do so without missing a single shot.

This leaves you with just Anthony Foreman. Now, here's a crucial part: don't kill him! Instead, ride up to him and use your Lasso to snag him. Once he's caught, hogtie him. Bring him back to Tilly and drop him on the ground. During the following cutscene, you'll have a choice to make regarding his fate. For a nice Honor boost, go ahead and let him live.
