Rock Carvings

Rock Carving 1: Located in the Grizzlies West region, northwest of Valentine. Head towards Mount Hagen and follow the path leading up. The carving, depicting a blimp on a skyscraper, is found near the end of this path. Ensure you are dressed appropriately for the cold.

Rock Carving 2: Found in Cumberland Forest, northeast of Valentine. Look for Window Rock across the river, north of the "C" in Cumberland. The carving is on the side of the rock face near the Whinyard Strait, north of the bridge. You will need to climb a small rock to inspect it.

Rock Carving 3: East and slightly south of the previous carving is Fort Wallace. Northeast of Fort Wallace is Bacchus Station. Climb the hilly area east of Fort Wallace to the top. Look for a downward path marked by trees; the carving is on the lower ledge at the end of this path. It depicts a winged person.

Rock Carving 4: In Cumberland Forest, head north of the "C" on the dotted line path. As the path turns west, follow it. Before it dips down, there is an incline to your south. Follow this incline to the edge and drop down to a thin ledge. The carving, a nuclear blast and atomic symbol, is at the end of this ledge.

Rock Carving 5: West of Strawberry, on the southwestern shore of Owanjila lake, southwest of the "O" in the lake's name on the map. Stick to the shore and look among the rocks. This is one of the easier carvings to find.

Rock Carving 6: In West Elizabeth, find the dotted path running through the "T" in West. Follow this path southeast of the "T". The carving is located on this first bit of the path.

Rock Carving 7: North and slightly west of Flatneck Station, near the burnt-down outpost of Limpany. The carving is south and slightly west of the "L" in Limpany on the map. It is located on the southern of two cliffsides, on the upper part, near a large indentation.

Rock Carving 8: East of Cumberland Forest, head south from the second "on" in Moonstone Pond. You will find large rocks where the carving, a pyramid, is located.

Rock Carving 9: Near Annesburg, in Roanoke Ridge. The carving is close to the road between the "A" and "N" in Roanoke on the map. Go west of these letters, then slightly uphill to the south. Look on the west-facing rocks.

Rock Carving 10: East of the previous carving, follow the river south to Elysian Pool. Go to the bridge at the eastern end of the lake. Follow the road north a short distance, looking at the rocky terrain to your east. The carving is at the end of this rocky section, before a small hill. It can be chronicled from the ground.
