Before you even think about heading down those stairs to the Examination Room, make sure you grab the MP5 or P-90 machine gun. Load it up with the best upgrades you have for damage, ammo capacity, and fire rate. You'll also want to bring along the PSG-1 rifle, kitted out with its next best upgrades for those same stats.

As you make your way back, expect Rachel to show up a few times. When she does, don't hesitate to blast her with your machine gun as she advances on Jill. If you find yourself running low on machine gun ammo, don't sweat it – switch to the PSG-1 rifle for some rapid fire against her. It's a solid backup.

The final showdown with Rachel happens in the lounge. When she and the Ooze enemies drop in, your best bet is to put some distance between you and them. Spam the whole group with hand grenades to clear out the regular Ooze quickly. Once they're dealt with, switch back to the PSG-1 rifle and focus your fire on Rachel.
