Missions are a gameplay element in Resident Evil: Revelations that offer unlockable rewards for completing specific tasks. These missions can be accessed from the main menu and contribute to overall progress, affecting both Campaign and Raid Mode.
Upon completing a mission, an announcement is displayed in-game. However, the reward is not automatically received; players must manually unlock it by selecting the completed mission in the mission menu. Completed missions are marked with an exclamation point and moved to the end of the list once unlocked.
Progress for missions requiring a certain number of task completions carries over across Campaign Episodes and Raid Mode Stages. Unlocked campaign weapons and custom parts appear automatically in the workbench menu.
Both Campaign and Raid Mode have distinct mission sets, but they collectively contribute to the total number of completed missions displayed. Cleared missions and certain Raid Mode missions can be removed from the screen, which is necessary for the Raid Mode page when all 25 mission slots are full to receive new missions.
