Stairway to Elevator

Alright, so you're trying to get to the bilge to power up the ship, but you're stuck trying to find a way there? Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. Raymond's got a tip for you: find Rachel. He thinks she should have the Lift Key. You'll head off looking for her, and Jill's already starting to wonder if that ooze victim she saw was actually Rachel. Turns out, it was. You'll have to face a mutated Rachel and grab the key from her before heading down. Reaching the Lift First things first, leave the room and chat with Raymond. He'll hand over the Iron Anchor Key. This is what you need to get through the casino on the first floor. Once you're through there, you'll find the lift that takes you down to the bilge. Easy peasy, right? Well, not quite yet. When you get to the lift's control panel, you'll find the key is gone! Jill decides to look for it while Parker checks the area. Make sure you radio Parker if you find it. When you get off the lift, Parker will radio you. He mentions Raymond said his partner, Rachel, was in the bilge. That means she's probably the one with the key. Jill thinks she knows where Rachel might be – that corpse you saw earlier. Let's hope it wasn't her. As you get closer to where Rachel was seen being attacked, you'll hear her say, "Found you..." She'll then flee up the stairs. Jill will try to follow, and Parker will radio in asking what's wrong. Jill will tell him she found the target, but she's turned into a zombie. Parker's response? "Isn't that always the case..." When Rachel takes enough damage, she'll try to escape through the ducts, crying out, "It hurts. It hurts!" Don't let her get away! Parker will tell you to go after her because she likely has the key, and the ducts are all connected. Jill agrees, and Parker says he'll meet her soon. Once you finally get to the mess hall, Parker will check if you're okay. When you finally claim the Lift Key, Jill will confirm it really was Rachel, and Parker will note it's not the end he'd wish for her. After you and Parker head back up the cargo elevator, Jill will wonder if Veltro fooled the FBC too. Parker thinks they might just be using whoever they can, but the priority is getting the ship operational. Into the Bilge As the elevator descends, Jill will hear something. You'll hear the sound of water coming from the bilge, and Parker will grimly remark, "Straight into the depths of hell."
