Scan for the items located in the bunk bed room.

Enter the restroom area.

As Jill proceeds down the restroom area with stalls, an Ooze (a type of enemy) will emerge from the fourth stall. Be prepared to shoot it.

To defeat the Ooze, shoot it in the arms to set it up for a melee attack, or shoot it in the legs and then blast its head when it falls.

Warning: Do not let the Ooze get too close.

If necessary, run back into the area with bunk beds to create distance from the Ooze.

Scans:

Green Herb: Scan the files on the ground located between the right set of bunk beds.
Handgun Ammo (+5): Scan the floor beside the yellow stack of crates on the other side of the restroom.
Handgun Ammo (+5): In the second bunk room, scan the files on the middle bunk.

Tips

Focus fire on the Ooze's arms to enable a melee finisher, or aim for the legs to knock it down for a headshot (a shot that lands on the enemy's head, usually an instant kill).
Maintain distance from the Ooze to avoid taking damage.
Utilize the bunk bed area for tactical retreats if overwhelmed.
