Vanitas Boss Fight: Vanitas has 700 HP, 26 Strength, and 15 Defense. He is immune to all status effects. He has no elemental weaknesses. Start the fight by immediately using a Shotlock to counter his opening attack, becoming invulnerable and dealing damage. Many of his moves are unblockable, so dodging is less important than attacking and using Shotlocks during openings. Faith and Salvation commands are highly recommended. When Vanitas' health is low, Ventus becomes a Dimension Link, requiring button combinations to fend him off. The only way to win is to charge the Command Gauge and use the Last Word finish command.

Aqua's Story - Mark of Mastery Tutorial: After completing the tutorial and choosing Aqua, you will need to defeat the Orbs of Light. These are fast-moving balls that emit light if left alone. Use Aqua's abilities to defeat them. Use Aqua's Shotlock to close the distance and destroy them if they get too far away. Upon completion, you receive a Maximum HP+ power-up, the Spellweaver command style, and the Ventus and Terra Dimension Links. The Keyblade Board (Land of Departure) will unlock on the Command Board.

Castle of Dreams: Head to the Castle of Dreams. Upon arrival, you will encounter Terra. Collect treasures around the room, including a [FLEETING CRYSTAL], [BARRIER SURGE], [POTION], and the [THUNDERSTORM SHOTLOCK]. The [FIREWORKS STICKER] is located in the middle of the top area near the steps. Enter the Ballroom to the north for a scene and re-equip Aqua's Command Deck. Equip Thunderstorm or Ragnarok if available.
