Part 37

After the battle, you receive SECRET ANSEM'S REPORT 4. If you missed it during the fight, return to the Bridge to collect TWILIGHT #28. This action unlocks the path back to Olympus Coliseum.

The Hades Cup

After the initial scene, speak with Pain to enter the Hades Cup. Hercules will join your party for these scripted battles. After clearing two rounds, Auron will appear, triggering a scene. Follow him to the Cave of the Dead for another scene, then speak with him at the Underworld Entrance. Proceed through the Cave of the Dead to Hades' Chamber.

Crescendo

Crescendo's are inspired by the horn-duck from Alice in Wonderland. They attack with a Trumpet Strike at close range and can use Trumpet Summon to call reinforcements. They can also use Healing Trumpet to restore HP to other Heartless. Use the Reaction Command "Heal Stomp" when a Crescendo is about to blow its trumpet to heal yourself instead.

In the Cave of the Dead: Passage, leap from the high point in the middle to reach DAWN #25. In Hades' Chamber, Sora will collect AURON'S STATUE. After defeating the ensuing wave of Dusks, save at the Underworld Entrance and re-enter the Hades Cup.

The battle against Hades begins with him being invulnerable. A cutscene will play, and Hercules will join the fight. Use "Aura Sphere" to force Hades out of his red form. In his blue form, Hades is vulnerable to attacks. He will use "Ring of Fire," a spinning attack that creates a pillar; it's difficult to avoid at close range. This move is telegraphed by Hades shouting, "That's it!"

If you struggle to dodge, stay near Hercules and use the Reaction Command to defend. Staying by Hercules allows you to maintain Guard Sphere and repeatedly use Aura Sphere for safe, consistent damage.

After the battle, you receive the GUARDIAN SOUL Keyblade. Return to the Coliseum and go to the Underworld Caverns: Entrance. Leap to the far end and then out to DAWN #34. In The Lost Road, leap up to find DAWN #40 and DAWN #46. The Titan Cup is now unlocked, allowing you to visit Panic again.
