Phases:
- Phase I: No Heart summons a Keyblade wall. Use Shotlocks or Raging Storm to destroy it quickly. Dodge incoming Keyblades and avoid the dark void that drains health; mash the button prompt to escape if caught.
- Phase II: No Heart has no set pattern and changes his Keyblade's shape for attacks. Focus on blocking and countering. Attack Commands and Shotlocks are less effective, but Thunder and Fire Surges are useful. Ensure Esuna and Potions/Mega-Potions are in your Command Deck.
Strategy:
- Dark Impact: No Heart cloaks in darkness and performs a double-dash. He is invulnerable during this move, but a quick block can interrupt it.
- Dark Cannon: No Heart transforms his Keyblade into a cannon and fires three shots. Guard the initial shot and dash in for quick hits.
- Dark Axis: No Heart uses his Keyblade as greaves for a six-hit combo. Block and counter, using the counter at the end of the combo as the final kick is stronger.
- Windcutter: Often follows a combo. No Heart kicks off a dash to fire a dark energy wave. This can be blocked or dodged.
- Dark Volley: No Heart fires multiple dark projectiles and Keyblades. Easier to block with Aqua, but dodging is best.
- Glider: No Heart transforms his Keyblade into wings to rise into the air. He uses Dark Impact and Dark Volley from above. Dodge until he descends.
- Grapple: Used if you stay too close. Difficult to dodge, but repeatedly mashing the button prompt allows you to break free.
- Bursting Blow: This attack is normally followed by Grapple.
