Alright, so after you finish up on Virmire, you'll head back to the Citadel. Captain Anderson will want to chat, and after that, you'll get control back near the Zakera Wards. As you're making your way down to a place called Flux, keep an eye out on your right. You should spot a guy named Keeler hanging around there. That's where this assignment kicks off.

    When you talk to Keeler, you'll find out he's a diplomat who's really struggling with some kind of addiction, needing help for his next meeting. You've got a few ways to handle this, depending on your skills and what kind of Commander Shepard you're playing.

    Option 1: Talk him down (Charm/Intimidate). If you've put a good number of points into either Charm or Intimidate, you can try to talk Keeler out of needing the drugs. You'll need at least 8 points in Charm or 7 points in Intimidate to unlock these dialogue options. If you succeed, Keeler will decide to let his assistant handle things and seek help instead. This wraps up the assignment right there.

    Option 2: Help him get the Stim. If you'd rather help him with his addiction, agree to get him the drug he needs. Head over to the Med Clinic and pick up the 'Stim' he requested. Once you bring it back to him, you can then ask him to get treatment after his meeting. Doing this will net you +2 Paragon points.

    Option 3: Give him the Depressant. For a more Renegade approach, agree to help him, go to the Med Clinic, but instead of the Stim, buy the 'Depressant' from Dr. Michel. Bring this back to Keeler. He'll get pretty upset and insult you pretty much immediately after taking it. This route will earn you +9 Renegade points.
