Alright, let's talk about one of the coolest Tech abilities in Mass Effect: AI Hacking. It's basically your way of making robotic enemies do your dirty work for you, turning them against their buddies. Super useful, especially when you're facing off against Geth or other mechanical threats.

There are three levels to this power: AI Hacking, Advanced AI Hacking, and Master AI Hacking. Each upgrade makes the hack last longer and recharge faster, letting you use it more often.

• AI Hacking: This is your starting point. It'll make basic robotic enemies go haywire for about 20 seconds, with a 60-second recharge. Accuracy Cost is 80%.
• Advanced AI Hacking: As you level up, you'll unlock this. It bumps the duration to 25 seconds and cuts the recharge time down to 50 seconds. Crucially, it now works on more advanced robotic foes. Accuracy Cost remains 80%.
• Master AI Hacking: This is the top tier. It gives you a 30-second duration and a speedy 40-second recharge. With this, you can turn almost any robot, except the really tough ones, into a temporary ally. Accuracy Cost is still 80%.

As you invest points into your Tech talents, you'll also get passive bonuses. For example, leveling up Talent Level 2 lowers the recharge time of Sabotage, Overload, and Damping by 6%, and this bonus increases with each subsequent level, capping at 30% by Talent Level 11.

Keep an eye out for the AI Hacking Specialist achievement! You'll snag it once you've used the AI Hacking ability a total of 25 times. It's worth 10 Gamerscore, so it's a nice little bonus for using a core ability.
