Alright, let's talk about the Columbia system in Mass Effect: Legendary Edition. To even get here, you'll need to have finished the UNC: Cerberus assignment, which means heading over to Binthu in the Yangtze system first. Once you're cleared for Columbia, you'll find a few key spots to check out.

The main draw on Nepheron, one of the planets in Columbia, is an Underground Facility. This is where the assignment UNC: Hades’ Dogs kicks off. Keep an eye out for it; it's located south-of-center on the planet's map. Also, be ready for a Thresher Maw encounter. You'll find this big ol' beast in the southwestern part of Nepheron, just west of that Underground Facility.

Beyond those main points, Nepheron has a bunch of smaller points of interest scattered around. You can find loot like Heavy Metal and Light Metal, plus a Rare Element.
