Walkthrough
  1. 1
Disembark from the Normandy and head up the elevator to C-Sec Academy. Head right (east) down stairs to the Requisitions Office. The Requisitions Officer here sells Spectre gear and the Aldrin Labs License for 100 credits.
  2. 2
Return upstairs to the Atrium, then go up stairs west to C-Sec Offices. Take the first right (north) into a large room. Talk to the volus named Jahleed to start the assignment Citadel: Jahleed’s Fears.
  3. 3
Search the eastern of two offices to the south to find a computer [Hard] you can hack to learn about “Helena Blake”, starting the assignment Person of Interest.
  4. 4
Head upstairs to the “Traffic Control” area. Examine three “Tracking Terminals” and a “Weapons Locker” for Codex Entries.
  5. 5
Make your way back down to the Atrium and ride the elevator up to the Presidium, outside the Embassies.
  6. 6
Talk to Avina for Codex Entries.
  7. 7
Talk to Shamesh Bhatia to start the assignment Citadel: Homecoming.
  8. 8
In Udina’s Office, hack a “Computer Console” [Easy] to read an “Alliance Patrol Report”, starting the assignment Unusual Readings.
  9. 9
Enter a room across the hall from C-Sec HQ and examine two “Diplomatic Archives” for Codex Entries.
  10. 10
In C-Sec HQ, hack a “Computer Console” for a “Diplomatic Advisory Warning”, starting the assignment Strange Transmission.
  11. 11
On the southeastern end of the Presidium, find the Consort Chambers. Talk to Sha’ira to start the assignment Citadel: Asari Consort.
  12. 12
Head west towards the Emporium, stopping to use an Avina station for Krogan/Rachi Codex Entries.
  13. 13
In the Emporium, you can find Delan who sells goods and the Sirta Foundation License.
  14. 14
Nearby, talk to Helena Blake. Accept her proposition to start the assignment UNC: Hostile Takeover, which replaces Person of Interest.
Tips
  • The Requisitions Officer on the Citadel and the one on the Normandy both sell Spectre gear.
  • Avoid buying the Aldrin Labs License for 100 credits, as more junk licenses make it harder to get items from better manufacturers.
  • When talking to Helena Blake, pick Renegade responses for Renegade +2.
  • Starting assignments: Citadel: Jahleed’s Fears, Person of Interest (replaced by UNC: Hostile Takeover), Citadel: Homecoming, Unusual Readings, Strange Transmission, Citadel: Asari Consort, UNC: Hostile Takeover.
  • Codex Entries related to Weapons, Armor, Equipment, Small Arms, Starships, Computers, Volus, Citadel Conventions, Treaty of Farixen, Rachni, and Hanar.
