Right where the stream you were following joins another, turn northeast.

Head up a ramp and follow the path as it winds around some large, mushroom-like plants.

Your target, the Prism Hercudrome, might be found on the northern end of the largest mushroom.

If the Prism Hercudrome isn't there when you arrive, don't panic! Its appearance is tied to the in-game time. Just travel to a different map and come back, or wait a bit. The game's internal clock should eventually cycle to a time when it appears.
