Primary Challenges

Weapons Make The Warrior

Start with glorious equipment that are empowered by Malicka's magics. Covenant Rank 1.

Strategy

This is simply an easier version of Covenant 1, and should not be very difficult. Pick up any equipment you see and combine it to put together extremely powerful cards.

Twice as much of all the things that matter. Covenant Rank 1.

Strategy

The Duality modifier makes this challenge fairly easy, since it should be trivial to stack up absurd amounts of Valor on your units and Pyregel on enemies. Additionally, Frenzystone is even more powerful than normal, since it grants Multistrike 2. However, this can make certain Trials like Seal of Aggression, Stone of the Undying, and Thorn Guard more dangerous by adding more Multistrike, Reanimate, and Spikes.

I'm the Enemy Now!

Your units have been picking up ideas from the enemy. Covenant Rank 1.

Strategy

This challenge demonstrates the powerful effect of overstacking. Because Capacity is not much of a concern, Largestones are a powerful upgrade. Also notice how Shift works: any Shift units you draft are likely to activate a lot more than just twice through the automatic Ascending.

Stop Hitting Yourself

Your monsters can't help themselves, they love to hit spiked enemies. Covenant Rank 1.
