    Head north and battle the Triathlete near the Route 128/129 border.

    Continue north to find a trainer on a small patch of shallow water with a rock; battle them.

    Head right to find another trainer on a small patch of shallow water; battle them.

    Go south to find three patches of shallow water. Go to the largest patch and battle the fisherman.

    Head all the way right to find a Triathlete; battle them.

    From there, head right to encounter the last two swimmers. You can fight them individually or as a double battle.

    After the battles, head right to reach the waters of Ever Grande City.
Tips
  • Luvdisc, while having high speed with Swift Swim, has poor overall stats and a weak move set.
  • Corsola, a Rock/Water type, has many weaknesses (Grass, Fighting, Ground) and also possesses poor stats and an uninteresting move pool, despite a resistance to Fire.
