Walkthrough

Upon entering Route 114, head west to a house and obtain TM28: Dig.

Exit the house and follow the path before the bridge. Speak to the man with his Poochyena to receive TM05: Roar.

Battle the two trainers near the bridge.

Cross the bridge, battling the trainer halfway down.

At the end of the bridge, battle the trainer and enter the grass.

Head south of the rocks to the right, navigate around them, and battle the nearby trainer to reach a house.

Enter the house and speak with Lanette to receive a Lotad Doll for your secret base.

Exit the house and speak to the kid next to the grass for a random berry each day.

Cut through the grass and continue south to another patch of grass.

Continue south through this grass to find a Pokemaniac. Battle them and interact with the rock behind them to find a free Carbos.

Go up the steps near you. Use Rock Smash on the rock in front of you and pick up the Protein at the end.

Turn around and follow this path to a cave entrance, battling all trainers along the way.

Enter the cave to reach Meteor Falls.

Tips

Swablu evolves into Altaria at Level 35, becoming a Dragon/Flying type with improved stats.
Seviper is generally not considered worth using.
TM28: Dig is a two-turn Ground-type move needed for later.
TM05: Roar is used to end wild Pokémon battles but is generally considered useless.
Team battles offer higher payouts.
