    In Oldale Town, visit the Pokémon Center in the southwest corner to heal your Pokémon for free and use the PC to deposit or withdraw items and Pokémon.

    Visit the Pokémon Mart to purchase items. Available items and their prices are: Antidote (100 dollars), Awakening (250 dollars), Paralyze Heal (200 dollars), Potion (300 dollars). Poke Balls (200 dollars) can only be purchased after obtaining the Pokedex from Professor Birch.

    Talk to the man next to the house in the southeast corner of Oldale Town to receive a free Potion.

    Head north from Oldale Town into Route 103.

    In the wild grass on Route 102, you can find wild Pokémon: Wurmple (Common), Zigzagoon (Uncommon), Poochyena (Uncommon), Lotad (Rare), and Ralts (Rare).
