Hey there! Ready to grab some extra lives in Bowser In The Dark World? These 1-Up Mushrooms can be super helpful, especially if you're running low on health. Some of them even show up after you've already faced Bowser, so keep an eye out!
Walkthrough
- 1Mushroom 1: Right after you get past the first set of spinning platforms, you'll see a wooden platform. It's got three Goombas chilling on it and a yellow block. Just hit that yellow block, and poof! A 1-Up Mushroom appears.
- 2Mushroom 2: Cross the wooden bridge to reach an island platform. Watch out for the Spark enemy (they're also called Amps) zapping around. Dodge it, then find and hit the yellow block on the island. Another 1-Up Mushroom will pop out for you.
- 3Mushroom 3 & 4: Towards the end of the level, you'll find some tilting platforms. Look up above them – there are overhangs, and guess what? Mushrooms! There are two overhangs with 1-Ups on them. Just grab one of them; either will do.
- 4Mushroom 5 & 6: Stick around the base of those same platforms that overhang the tilting ones. You'll find 1-Up Mushrooms tucked away in between the bases of these platforms. Grab one of them – there's one extra life between each base.
Tips
- Remember, some of these Mushrooms might not appear until *after* you've beaten Bowser for the first time. Don't worry if you don't see them on your initial run!
- The Spark enemies can be a pain, but just keep moving and avoid their electric attacks when going for Mushroom 2.
