Walkthrough

Immediately head right from the start of the level until you find an incomplete bridge.

Stand on the very end of this bridge to be transported to the bottom of the mountain.

From the bottom, walk left past the Mama Penguin to the edge of the mountain.

At the edge, you will see a ski lift. Jump onto it, and it will take you back up the mountain.

About halfway up, you will pass a small 'island' platform with a green tree. Jump onto this platform.

You will now be standing next to the Bob-omb Buddy. Talk to him to activate the cannon.

Stand on the island platform and wait for the ski lift to descend.

Jump back on the ski lift when it arrives and ride it down to the bottom.

Tips

Standing on the end of the incomplete bridge is key to reaching the mountain's base.
The ski lift is your transport to and from the island platform.
The Bob-omb Buddy is located next to a green tree on the island platform.
