In the next room, you'll notice some big boulders rolling down a slope into a pit. Look to your left – there's a small platform with a Heart Recovery item on it. From where you're standing on the red mesh, make another Long Jump to reach that platform.

Once you're on that platform, make another Long Jump to get onto the slope where the boulders are rolling. Head on up this slope. You can grab the coins in the alcove if you want. At the very top, turn right and go through the door.

This next area has an orange platform that's actually an elevator. Step onto it and let it take you all the way down.

Head down the slope and you'll see a huge lake. Your goal here is to find the Loch Ness Monster-like creature. Ride on its back and guide it over to the small mesh platform that's near a grey double door.

Now, you need to Ground Pound the creature. This will make it lower its head. Stand on its head, and it'll raise up, allowing you to jump onto the mesh platform. Go through the double doors.

Continue through the tunnel, and you'll find another pool of that black liquid, similar to the one you used to enter the stage. Jump in! This will take you to the Metal Cap Course.

Don't be afraid to use Long Jumps; they're key to crossing those gaps.
The Loch Ness Monster is your ride to the next section, so make sure you guide it to the correct platform.
