Star 4 - Seek the 8 Red Coins - Big Boo's Haunt

Coin 1: Enter the mansion and go into the room with the Mad Piano (first door to the left from the hallway). Lure the Mad Piano from the corner and grab the coin lying there.

Coin 2: Go through the door in the back of the Mad Piano room. The coin is on top of the bookcase next to the door. Perform a double jump to reach it.

Coin 3: On top of the other bookcase in the Mad Piano room. Use a double jump to get up here and grab the coin.

Coin 4: Return to the main hallway. Enter the right-most door on the ground floor to access the room with a big pit and small platforms. Jump to the platform on the left where a Boo is located; the red coin is here.

Coin 5: Go back through the door from the pit room. In the hallway, climb the stairs to the balcony. Enter the door that is third from the left wall. This room has red mesh on the floor. The coin is directly opposite your entrance, requiring a jump over a gap in the mesh.

Coin 6: Return to the hallway. Enter the door second from the right on the balcony. This leads to a room with a Mr. I. Go through the nearby arc-shaped doorway into a room full of coffins. Three coffins lift up, revealing red coins before closing. This coin is under the coffin in the bottom-right corner. Quickly grab it before the coffin closes.

Coin 7: Under the middle coffin on the left-hand side of the coffin room.

Coin 8: Go back to the hallway. Enter the doorway on the very right of the balcony. This room contains a bookcase. Run around the bookcase to collect the coin, being careful not to fall down the trap door.
