Walkthrough

From the start, cross the initial platform, jump to the next, and pass under the arch.

Run along the gold-coloured platform.

Knock away the Bully (an enemy) on the next ledge.

Go right and cross onto the gold steps when the flamethrower (a hazard) is not shooting flames.

Cross the small, square platforms that tilt when stepped on.

Jump onto the platform that submerges in the lava periodically; jump when it has less lava.

Cross this platform and jump onto the next lava-submerged platform.

Cross this second submerged platform to land on another gold-coloured platform.

Jump onto the round platform with Bullies and coins, and get rid of the Bullies by pushing them off the edge.

Jump onto the small black wire platform at the edge of this round platform; it will take you across the lava.

Watch out for flamethrowers shooting upwards while crossing the lava.

You will see a giant log resting on two supports behind you as you cross.

Climb the slope to get on the log.

To roll the log, stay on the left side and run across the top. Going onto the right side will roll it in the wrong direction.

Roll the log towards the big cage visible to your left as you climb the slope to get on the log.

The log needs to reach the ledge at the other side.

Perform a long jump to grab the ledge on the other side.

Go down the slope on the other side.

Collect the Power Star to finish the level.

Tips

Be careful with your footing on the tilting platforms.
Jump onto the lava-submerged platforms when they have less lava coating them.
Stay on the top left side of the log when rolling it to avoid falling into the lava.
The long jump to grab the ledge can be risky.
