    Destroy the cracked wall. On the other side, find a DataCube and a Keypad (code: 2577).

    Walk in front of the laser to get the 30 SP AREA LOCATION BONUS.

    Return to the water, walk over the pipe to the Valve, and turn it to open the grate.

    Swim through the large pipe (requires Swimming skill or Aqualung to avoid damage). You will get the 20 SP EXPLORATION BONUS.

    Exit the water and find the Terminal. Use login: NSF, password: righteous to disable cameras and turn turrets.

    Open the grate. Bypass the Control Panel, turn right, and run under the camera to disable it. You will pass 10MM AMMO.

    To the right of the camera is a room with poisonous gas. You can bypass the 20% Lock to find a LOCKPICK, ROCKETS, and 10MM AMMO. This will attract guards, so it's optional.

    With the gas chamber to your right, head down the corridor to the left. Hide in corners to avoid the camera.

    In a hiding place, find a DataCube with satellite uplink codes.

    At the end of the corridor, turn right, duck under a laser, and hide to your right to avoid a second camera. There is an explosive barrel here.

    You can see a Keypad (code: 9923). Around the corner to the Northeast is an open door into the computer room.

    Entering the computer room gets you the 60 SP AREA LOCATION BONUS. The crates contain two LAMS. The safe has a 60% Str Lock and contains a LEGS AUGMENTATION CANISTER. The computer can be accessed with TFRASE/VALLEYFORGE.

    Find the exit to the Southwest. Use code 2577 to open the door on this level. The Terminal controls two cameras you couldn't disable earlier (NSF/RIGHTEOUS).

    Go Northwest, open the gate, circle around, and go up the stairs to a 20% Str lock. Break it with a melee weapon.

    Enter the control room and gain the 70 SP CRITICAL LOCATION BONUS.

    Find BUCKSHOT SHELLS. Use the NSF/RIGHTEOUS combo to open the computer and disable the cooling system. Alternatively, crawl out, disable the NSF on the floor, and toss an explosive towards the Generator below.

    The generator blows up, granting you 500 SP ACCOMPLISHMENT BONUS.

    Find the Eastern ladder down to get another 20 SP ACCOMPLISHMENT BONUS.

    On the floor below the roof, find 2 packs of 10MM AMMO in a crate and some BUCKSHOT SHELLS.

    Talk to Jock to end the mission.
Tips
  • Increase your Swimming skill to Trained if you don't have Aqualung to avoid damage when swimming through the pipe.
  • Environmental Resistance or a Hazmat Suit can reduce damage from the poisonous gas.
  • The computer in the generator control room can also be accessed with the JOJO/KILLEMALL login.
  • If Gunther is present, you can let him help clear out enemies.
