    The ATM in the bar has 155 credits. The Public Access Terminal has new stories.

    Head to the abandoned parking garage to meet Smuggler. You'll find a MULTITOOL in a booth and a LOCKPICK in a crate. Disable the blue lasers or use Speed Enhancement to get past them.

    Upon entering Smuggler's Den again, you gain 20 SP AREA LOCATION BONUS.

    Smuggler will have items for sale at high prices due to a bug. He will warn you about an upcoming raid on the 'Ton Hotel. He sells: RANGE WEAPON MODIFICATION (2400 credits), NAPALM CANISTER (2250 credits), CLIP WEAPON MODIFICATION (1500 credits).

    Upstairs in Smuggler's Den, find a LOCKPICK and two FLARES in the closet. Bypass the 50% Strength Keypad, use code 432, or an explosive to access items behind the mirror. You'll find BALLISTIC ARMOR, CLIP WEAPON MODIFICATION, and RECOIL WEAPON MODIFICATION.

    On Smuggler's computer, find proof he is working with the NSF.

    Find the tunnel West of the subway entrance and follow it to the old NSF base. Along the way, find supply crates behind cardboard boxes containing 7.62x51MM AMMO, two cases of BUCKSHOT SHELLS, a PROD CHARGER, and a MEDKIT.

    Paul contacts you and suggests hacking a computer on the rooftops or finding login codes via a side-quest for skill points.

    Northwest of the entrance, a green door without visible lock strength can be bypassed with an explosive to find login info and proof, but this skips skill points.

    Around the building's NE and NW corners, find stairs leading to crates with 30.06 AMMO and 7.62x51MM AMMO. Near trash bags, find a DataCube with NSF login TJEFFERSON/NEWREVOLUTION.

    Enter the building on the ground level. A Repair Bot is available to replenish Energy.

    On Level One, find ROCKETS on a table, the NSF HQ BASEMENT NANOKEY near a toilet in the Ladies' Room, and a HAZMAT SUIT in a crate.

    On Level Two, find a MEDKIT and BUCKSHOT SHELLS in crates. In the computer room, overhear UNATCO Troopers deleting NSF data. Behind a 40% Strength Lock, find a BIOELECTRIC CELL and a DataCube with TJEFFERSON/NEWREVOLUTION. Another 40% Strength door leads outside.
Tips
  • The high prices at Smuggler's are a bug. If you want the intended experience where he charges normal prices, you can use the cheat console: Press 'T', type 'Set DeusEx.JCDentonMale bCheatsEnabled True', hit Enter, then type 'summon fordshick'.
  • The green door near the NSF base entrance can be bypassed with explosives for a shortcut to login information, but you will miss out on skill points.
  • The 40% Strength Lock on Level Two can be bypassed with Trained/Combat Strength or Combat Strength level 2, or by using a Baton.
  • 20 SP AREA LOCATION BONUS for visiting Smuggler a second time.
