Find the Mechanic in the Northwest, who provides the Aquinas Hub code: 1038.

Optionally, descend into the pit for treasure, utilizing the Environmental Resistance Augmentation or Hazmat Suit.

Locate a scientist's body to the Southeast for a BIOELECTRIC CELL.

In the Northwest, find another Mechanic with a MULTITOOL and a DataCube confirming the 1038 code.

Exit the Reactor Lab and enter the stairwell.

Find the door to the Aquinas Hub and enter the code 1038.

Upon entering the Aquinas Hub, you receive 100 SP for a Critical Location Bonus.

A soldier inside carries TECH GOGGLES. A MedBot is also present.

Interact with the computer to read emails from Bob Page. The login is JSHEARS/MOMERATH. These emails provide background on the game's events and lore, including details about Grays being manipulated bovines and a connection between Howard Strong and Gary Savage.

Locate a safe below a desk with a 70% Lock, containing a GAS GRENADE and a BIOELECTRIC CELL.

Find a MULTITOOL on a table.

Avoid the ladder to the Southwest, which triggers unwanted InfoLink messages.

Break the window to the East.

Shoot the patrolling Trooper to the South and retrieve a REBREATHER from the Mechanic's body.

Destroy the hatch or use Lockpicks to proceed. Wait out the alarmed state of the Commando below, or use Cloak to stealthily take them down with a Prod or Dragon's Tooth.

Go West to confront two Grays.

The ladder here reconnects you with the upstairs MedBot.

Crates contain 10MM AMMO and a LOCKPICK. A DataCube holds a map of Sector 4 of Area 51.

Return Northwest and ascend, following the corridor to Aquinas Control.

Crates contain DARTS and BUCKSHOT SHELLS. A female scientist's body holds a MEDKIT. A Repair Bot is also present.

On the West wall, a door has a 70% Str Keypad. Use Multitools to open it for access to crates containing a NAPALM CANISTER and 7.62x51MM AMMO.

Receive 50 SP for an Exploration Bonus upon entering the Aquinas Control locker.

Helios will contact you. Ride the elevator East to level 3 and follow the walkway.

Receive 100 SP for a Critical Location Bonus upon reaching the top of Aquinas Control.

Here, Helios presents a choice: merge with Helios to become the most powerful human or deactivate uplink locks to allow Helios to exchange information with your augmentations and administrate the world.

Optionally, drop off the walkway to the East and leap down into the fluid below, which deals Flame damage. A dead mechanic on the way down holds a MULTITOOL and a BIOELECTRIC CELL. Another scientist's body holds a BIOELECTRIC CELL.

Summon the elevator and ride it up to level 2.

Observe the release of two Security Bots and the spawning of three MJ12 Commandoes in the hallway to the Southwest. The bots will engage the commandos.

Peeking South into the red tunnel reveals a cart with two enemies approaching.
