    Locate the MJ12 Trooper on the ground for the SUB BASE NANOKEY.

    Find the supply shack to the Southeast. It has a 40% Str Lock. Use Speed Enhancement Level Two to jump on the roof via yellow pipes, or stack crates from the Main Building.

    Inside the supply shed, find TRANQUILIZER DARTS, 7.62x51MM AMMO, 10MM AMMO, and a MINI-CROSSBOW. In a cabinet, find the SUPPLY SHED NANOKEY and COMMAND MODULE NANOKEY (a duplicate Sub Base Nanokey). You gain 149 SP EXPLORATION BONUS for exploring the Sub Base Supply Shed.

    Enter the Command Module or Main Building using the INF/INF door and your Keyring. Under the stairs, find crates with a GAS GRENADE and BUCKSHOT SHELLS.

    Ascend the stairs; Gary will contact you. Continue up spiral and other stairs to the Command Module level.

    Deal with an MJ12 Trooper patrolling North to South. To the North, another Trooper and an active camera exist. Use Vision Enhancement to time your takedown of the patrolling Trooper. Head South.

    Meet Dr. Corwell, who gives you the Karkian tank code: 1223. Enter the tank and take care of the Karkian. You gain 50 SP EXPLORATION BONUS for entering the Karkian tank.

    Find a MEDKIT in the room before proceeding South.

    In the next room, deal with a Trooper, a camera, a friendly NPC, and an Alarm Panel. The path is West. You can use Cloak, Cloak + Radar Transparency, or lure the Trooper away. Be aware that a panicked Scientist can alert a Trooper to the West, and the Alarm can summon up to two MJ12 Troopers.

    After clearing the room, find a SILENCER WEAPON MODIFICATION and an ASSAULT SHOTGUN. To the West, use a Multitool on a 20% Str Keypad to enter the Command Module Storage Room. You gain 50 SP EXPLORATION BONUS.

    Open crates carefully, as they may summon a Trooper. They contain 7.62x51MM AMMO, BUCKSHOT SHELLS, 10MM AMMO, and a MEDKIT. In the Northeast corner, find a hatch. Climb down to find crates with a NAPALM CANISTER and a LAM.

    Continue West and silently take out the Trooper. Avoid making noise to prevent another Trooper from rushing in from the South, or summoning more enemies if the Alarm sounds. Do not pass the door to the South where a Trooper is guarding.

    Deal with the Trooper facing South. Use the Riot Prod, Pepper Gun, or Cloak. Do this silently.

    Walk South, circle around, and descend stairs one level. If you hear a guard, freeze. Find the scientists to the North. Dr. Pinkerton will give you the Ocean Lab map and login info: APINKERTON/ANTENNAPEDIA.

    Outside, avoid the Man in Black and two Troopers unless necessary. One Trooper has a GEP GUN, the MiB has a LAM.

    Return to your starting level. In the Southeast corner, find a crate with 7.62x51MM AMMO. Climb the stairs all the way down.

    In the corridor, deal with a single Trooper. Descend another ladder to Module 1, guarded by one Trooper and two turrets. Take down the Trooper and wait out the Alarm if needed. This water connects to the outside.

    Leave North, being aware of two Troopers, a sniper on the roof of Module 1, and a Trooper with a Flamer.
