Complete Deus Ex Part 39 walkthrough: find Anna Navarre's killphrase, escape MJ12 facility, and eliminate Anna Navarre.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Crawl to the MJ12 Medical Area entrance.
  2. 2
Find the two pieces of Anna Navarre's killphrase, each stored on a computer with the login 'demiurge' in the password 'archon'.
  3. 3
Crawl through the grate near the Detention area and proceed North to enter the Command Centre.
  4. 4
Disable the four MJ12 soldiers and two Doberman dogs within the Command Centre.
  5. 5
Access the Terminal in the Command Centre to disable cameras and turrets using MJ12/Invader.
  6. 6
Exit the facility through the West end of the Command Centre using the code 1125.
  7. 7
Disable the final MJ12 trooper outside the exit and retrieve his Tranq. Darts.
  8. 8
Find Miguel and tell him to follow you.
  9. 9
If the Alarm sounded at any point, use code 4089 to unlock the jail cells.
  10. 10
Return to the exit with Miguel, proceeding through a loading screen.
  11. 11
Open the door with the Button and disable the UNATCO Trooper.
  12. 12
Instruct Miguel to stay on the UNATCO side of the door, as you cannot activate the Retinal Scanner.
  13. 13
    Proceed to Jaime's Medical Bay.
  14. 14
Talk to Jaime: allowing him to join you grants an extra Upgrade Canister, while telling him to stay provides an important killphrase later. If you do not speak to him, he remains with UNATCO.
  15. 15
Access Jaime's computer using JREYES/AMIGO to view an email from Simons.
  16. 16
Locate the TORSO2 AUGMENTATION CANISTER next to Jaime.
  17. 17
Install an augmentation at the nearby Med Bot; Regeneration is highly recommended for continuous healing at the cost of Bioelectric Energy (BE).
  18. 18
Find a Medkit in the Storage Closet.
  19. 19
Enter Alex's room and find a 600 CREDIT CHIT in a hidden compartment.
  20. 20
Access Alex's storage room using code 2001 to find two crates containing a BIOELECTRIC CELL and a LOCKPICK.
  21. 21
Locate a MULTITOOL on the table in Alex's storage room.
  22. 22
Alex will only provide the key out if Anna is dead.
  23. 23
Access Alex's computer to find a message from the Oracle indicating MJ12's relation to the Illuminati.
  24. 24
Proceed to the rooms of Sam Carter and Anna/Gunther.
  25. 25
Eliminate the UNATCO Trooper patrolling between these rooms.
  26. 26
Find Sam Carter, the quartermaster, who will open a door for you.
  27. 27
Collect the following items from Sam Carter's quarters: a BIOELECTRIC CELL, a GEP GUN, an UPGRADE CANISTER, 2 cartons of 10MM AMMO, 2 clips of 7.62x51MM AMMO, a RANGE WEAPON MODIFICATION, a RECOIL WEAPON MODIFICATION, a REBREATHER, a LOCKPICK, a STEALTH PISTOL, and a MULTITOOL.
