In the offices, use the Terminal to set the Bravo-3 Peacebringer AI to function as an ally against MJ12. Use the Button to send the elevator platform down.

Return to the first floor, take down any remaining MJ12, and use the Repair Bot to replenish Bioelectric Cells (BE).

Clear the final MJ12 on the ground level to finish the Robot Maintenance rooms.

If the mechanic on the ground level remains, he may offer to sell the security login (MJ12, password Invader) for 500 credits and an Accuracy Weapon Modification for 750 credits. It's suggested to buy the modification but save it for later. Note: Buying all mechanic items in the GotYE version may cause a dialogue loop.

In the Robot Maintenance hall, find a crate with a BIOELECTRIC CELL and a SCRAMBLE GRENADE. Collect two MULTITOOLS and 7.62x51MM AMMO from crates.

Continue to the Armory. Two Delta-2 Peacebringers are present. You can disable them with EMP or Scramble Grenades, or sneak past them by walking behind them.

Locate a ladder to the West, climb it, and crawl through a green gas leak (minor Head damage). Head South to a grate, open it, and jump down into an area with weapons and items.

Use the Terminal with MJ12/INVADER to disable the camera and two Delta-2 bots outside. Disable the single MJ12 Trooper below.

You gain 150 SP PROGRESS BONUS and enter the MJ12 Armory.

On the ground floor of the Armory, retrieve your previously captured gear, including modifications. Note that grenade-type items may only appear as one, while Medkits, Lockpicks, Multitools, and Bio Cells may be abundant.

Find four ASSAULT RIFLES, two ASSAULT SHOTGUNS, BINOCULARS, a LAW, a SNIPER RIFLE, and crates with 7.62x51MM AMMO, a LAM, and 10MM AMMO.

Hack the computer to find the code for the Plasma Rifle: 5239. The login is VALIBEK/GATLING.

Go upstairs to find a NAPALM CANISTER, 10MM AMMO, BUCKSHOT SHELLS, a STEALTH PISTOL, a PISTOL, a SAWED-OFF SHOTGUN, a RIOT PROD, a PROD CHARGER, ROCKETS, 30.06AMMO, a MINI-CROSSBOW, DARTS, FLARE DARTS, a RANGE WEAPON MODIFICATION, and a SILENCER WEAPON MODIFICATION.

Behind the 20% Str Keypad (code 5239), find the PLASMA RIFLE.

Return to the junction between Detention and Robot Maintenance. A Med Bot is available in the jail cell.

In front of the Detention area, open a grate to access crawlspaces. Head Northwest towards the Command Center, then turn 180 degrees towards the nanotech lab. Dr. Moreau will approach you.

Return to the grate near Detention and enter the crawlspaces. Head North towards the Command Center, or East/Northeast towards the Nanotech labs. Follow the Northeast path until you see a dead cat.

Upon exiting the crawlspace, the Man in Black (P. Sherman) will approach. Quickly incapacitate him with the Riot Prod or Baton. Killing him causes him to explode and destroy the Nanokey he carries.

Beware: Men in Black (MiB) have more Hit Points and explode upon death. Lethal melee weapons are not advised. They are vulnerable to status ailments like being stunned by the Riot Prod or Pepper Gun.

Two MJ12 Troopers are in the area. Use the crawlspace as a sniping position. Loot bodies; Sherman carries the MIB AGENT CABINET NAN.
