    Locate the entrance to the Southeast and ascend the stairs to Flight Control Decks 1 and 2. Access Deck 1 via the left path, as the right is locked.

    Past the door on Deck 1, find a hidden panel requiring 50% Lock Strength to open. Bash it with the Baton if you have sufficient Combat Strength or training. Inside, you will find the MASTER KEY FOR BARRACKS LOCKERS Nanokey and a DataCube with the login information TALON/SKYEYE.

    Use the Security Terminal with the TALON/SKYEYE credentials to deactivate three cameras and two turrets. The Roof camera can be used to make a turret eliminate two MJ12 troopers.

    Return to the helicopter and descend into the Munitions Bay. Collect WP ROCKETS, ROCKETS, a RECOIL WEAPON MODIFICATION, two MULTITOOLS, and the MUNITIONS BAY DOOR NANOKEY. A DataCube here contains the code 99871.

    Open the Munitions Bay Door using the Keyring and return to the helicopter.

    Find the grate on the South side of the hangar and descend into the crawlspace. Locate the HAZMAT SUIT to the Northeast.

    At the T-junction, go left. You will find a 20% Strength Keypad. Inputting the code 99871 releases hazardous gas into the upper levels, potentially killing MJ12 troopers and earning you 50 SP ACCOMPLISHMENT BONUS for releasing fuel fumes. Environmental Resistance, Regeneration, or the Hazmat Suit offer protection.

    Proceed North past the T-junction, turn right, then left. Continue ahead, then take the next left to find a LOCKPICK and a grate leading to living quarters.

    If you released the gas, some MJ12 troopers may already be dead. Use this position to eliminate the remaining six troopers, potentially using a Gas Grenade or a white-phosphorus rocket.

    In the washroom, find a MEDKIT. The five lockers contain a MEDKIT (left-most), a GAS GRENADE (second from right, requires 30% Strength to unlock, can be bashed open with a Sword), and a newspaper.

    Over by the beds, use the Nanokey to open lockers. If you lack the Nanokey, a Rocket aimed to the right of the third door from the left will blast open all three locked doors. These contain a PEPPER GUN and two PEPPER CARTRIDGES, a 100 CREDIT CHIT, and the MUNITIONS BAY DOOR NANOKEY.

    The second locker has a 30% Strength Lock containing 10MM AMMO. The third locker, also with a 30% Strength Lock, contains a DataCube with a 989 code and the FLIGHT CONTROL DECKS CODE NANOKEY. The fourth locker, with a 30% Strength Lock, contains a MULTITOOL and a 50 CREDIT CHIT. A SNIPER RIFLE is under a bed, and a SWORD is on the wall.

    Use the Keyring with the FLIGHT CONTROL DECKS CODE NANOKEY to open FCD 1, earning you 75 SP GOAL ACCOMPLISHMENT BONUS for entering Flight Control Deck 1.

    Left of the grey map, find another secret panel with a 50% Strength Lock containing two BIOELECTRIC CELLS.
