Locate the 80% Strength (Str) Keypad with the seven-digit code 8675309. This code opens a gate visible through a window but cannot be obtained in-game.

Head East to the building previously passed.

Open the Base Commander's office door, which is locked with a 40% Str Lock.

Before entering, observe to the West; it's possible to take out the FEMA Trooper on the other side of the gate from this position.

Bypass or destroy the irritating 60% Str camera near the entrance to work unimpeded.

Use the Switch near the door to create light.

Destroy the locked cabinets on the desks using the Dragon's Tooth or other melee weapons boosted by Combat Strength.

In the Northeast desk's right cabinet, find a MEDKIT. The same desk also has a DataCube with a copy of Millenium Magazine.

In the Southeast desk's left cabinet, find a pair of BINOCULARS. The drawer contains a 100 CREDIT CHIT.

In the Southwest desk's right cabinet, find a LOCKPICK. The drawer contains two BIOELECTRIC CELLS.

Open the middle drawer of the metal cabinet by picking the 20% Str Lock to find Walton Simons' computer login: WALTON/SIMONS.

Hack the computers using the login accounts SHANIA/USNADMIN (NE computer) and BRENDA/USNADMIN (SE computer). These contain the same emails as the other computer in the Warehouse.

Open the Terminal with USFEMA/SECURITY to disable two cameras, open the rear perimeter gate, open the Ammo Storage Facility, and open a door in this office.

Open the right door on the South wall with your Keyring and turn on the light. You will gain 20 SP ACCOMPLISHMENT BONUS for breaking into Walton Simons' office.

The DataCube on the desk contains the East Warehouse security code: 2249.

The desk contains a RELOAD WEAPON MODIFICATION in the left cabinet and a WEAPON STORAGE NANOKEY in the right cabinet. The drawer contains a 100 CREDIT CHIT.

Use WALTON/SIMONS to access the computer and read emails, noting the destruction of the Hong Kong VersaLife labs and the unveiling of the Aquinas Protocol by Page to replace the Daedalus Protocol.

The 60% Str Locked safe contains a TORSO1 AUGMENTATION CANISTER for Aqualung/Environmental Resistance and an image of Simons' combat augmentations.

Use your Keyring to open the last room if it is not already open. Turn on the light to find BALLISTIC ARMOR and three crates containing 10MM AMMO, a MULTITOOL, and 7.62x51MM AMMO.

Go outside and find the Ammunition Storage to the Northwest, being wary of the patrolling bots.
