  • Omega Red's Carbonadium Coils can now hit someone with Super Armor without prior attacks.
  • To retract a Carbonadium Coil, press any P before it's blocked or connects. In air, P or K can be used interchangeably to cancel.
  • Death Factor drains foe's life and gives it to you. Energy Drain affects HC energy. Switch between them during a Carbonadium Coil.
  • For Ground Coil Strike: db + HK makes the coil appear near you, d + HK is further, and df + HK is very far.

Psi-Blast (air): H qcf + P

Psi-Blade Spin: H qcf + LK,LK,HK or qcf + HK,LK,LK

Ninjutsu (air): hcb + P / K

Psi-Drill: Dir. + P / K during Ninjutsu

Moonsault Kick (air): ub~uf + HK

Vanity Flip: H b + HK after certain moves

Backstep Kick: b + HK (then hold f to slide)

Chuugaeri Abise Geri: f + HK

3 Dan Jump: Press ub~uf (x3)

Psi-Thrust: qcf + PP (move in any dir. at start)

Notes

  • Psylocke's taunt can hit for 1 damage but cannot kill. It does not act like a Flying Attack.
  • Psi-Blast fires downward (LP) or straight forward (HP) and can go through many projectiles.
  • Psylocke can no longer chain Psi-Blade Spins; use LK,HK for up to six hits after an LK Spin, or LK,LK for six hits after an HK Spin.
  • Ninjutsu button determines teleport location: LP (upper-left), HP (upper-right), LK (lower-left), HK (lower-right). Psi-Drill is usable after teleporting.
  • Vanity Flip can be done after specific standing/crouching chains and jumping LP. It is considered an Aerial Rave.
  • Psi-Thrust allows direction changes during start-up and secondary thrust. Diagonal Psi-Thrust into the floor results in horizontal travel.
  • Psi-Maelstrom does low damage (30 if mashing) and its use is questionable.
  • Psylocke has no overhead attacks.
  • Vanity Flip is an exception to cancelable command attacks; it can only be hypercanceled into Psi-Thrust or Kochou Gakure.
