Detailed guide for Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes Part 34, covering Tron's Shiki Dan, Vega's Psycho Power moves, and Venom's attacks, including command lists and strategies.
This section details specific character moves and strategies for Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, focusing on Tron's Shiki Dan, Vega's command list, and Venom's abilities.
Tron Bonne
Shiki Dan (HP): When used, Tron fires a raygun. The laser sight is a visual cue, but the actual projectile is invisible. If it hits, two Kobuns latch onto the opponent, stunning them. They then drop two red crystals that are automatically collected, even in mid-air. These crystals do not restore health, unlike those collected by Kobun during the Engo Kougeki (Tsukami!) move.
- Any Kobun summoned by the Kobun Launcher can be knocked away with special moves or basic attacks.
- The Chuushoku Rush only continues if the opponent is hit by the Shiki Dan.
- If using the Alpha version of Tron and performing a V. Combination, Chuushoku Rush starts automatically.
- For Chuushoku Rush with 1 HC level or 1 character left, use the PA + PB version.
- Connecting with Shiki Dan allows for a combo with the qcf + PP Chuushoku Rush.
- The King Kobun HC ends if Tron is hit.
- All of Tron's command attacks are cancelable.

Notes:
- After firing the Psycho Field, the projectile dissipates if Vega is hit before it explodes.
- The button used for Vega Warp determines the arrival corner: LP (upper-left), HP (upper-right), LK (lower-left), HK (lower-right). This move can be used repeatedly in the air.
- Hikou allows flight in any direction, enabling mid-air attacks and specials, but blocking is disabled. The move ends after a duration, if hit, or if performed again. It also ends upon using Double Knee Press, Vega Warp, Head Press, Somersault Skull Diver, or Psycho Crusher.
- Vega's Psycho Crusher can negate normal projectiles and some Hyper Combo projectiles (like Yoga Inferno, Tenma Gou Zankuu, or Sonic Break). If it resists an HC projectile, Vega spins in place without advancing.
- The air Psycho Crusher has a larger horizontal hit arc than the ground version and is instant, while the ground version has a noticeable wind-up. An air combo example is LP, LK, MP, MK, HK Double Knee Press, Psycho Crusher.
