Alright, hunter! So you've made it to the 5-star Prowler Quests in Monster Hunter Generations. These are a step up, and some of them have specific requirements or tricky objectives. Don't worry, I'll walk you through each one so you can snag all those sweet rewards.

Blood Red Marshlands

Objective: Slay 10 Ioprey

Location: Marshlands

Notes: To even see this quest, you first need to have completed the 4-star Prowler Quests called “Marshlands Fishing?” and “Arctic Point Expedition.” So, get those done first!

An Offer You Can't Relieve

Objective: Deliver a Wyvern Egg

Location: Verdant Hills

Notes: This one only pops up after you've finished “Blood Red Marshlands.” As a Palico, you can't exactly leap across gaps, so you'll need to take the long way around. Keep an eye on that Rathian – you don't want it spotting you! Your Palico's 'sensitivity' can help track it, but if it's proving too much of a hassle, just go ahead and defeat the Rathian outright. It's often easier than trying to sneak past.

Uroktor Hide n Seek

Objective: Slay 10 Uroktor

Location: Volcano

Notes: This quest is a bit of a wild card, as usual. Remember, Uroktor are those little orange serpent-like monsters that love to burrow into the lava. They're actually juvenile Agnaktor, which are a High Rank-only monster in this game. You need to have completed “Blood Red Marshlands” to unlock this one.

Into the Volcano

Objective: Slay 8 Remobras

Location: Volcano

Notes: Being a Palico can actually help here with your Boomerangs, making the task a little easier. Since you can't carry Raw Meat like a Hunter, here's a pro-tip: leave a Remobra carcass on the ground. It'll attract other Remobra, making your hunt much smoother before you even need to carve. Make sure you've completed “Blood Red Marshlands” to unlock this quest.

Kut-Ku Earbreaker

Objective: Wound Yian Kut-Ku’s head

Location: Jurassic Frontier

Notes: This is similar to the “Great Maccao Headbreaker” from the previous tier. You'll fail this quest if the Yian Kut-Ku dies before you manage to break its head. So, focus all your attacks on its head and those big, fan-like ears. You won't see this quest appear until you've completed at least two other 5-star Prowler Quests. Completing this one is a big deal – it unlocks a new Hunter Art for you and adds a second trading cart at the Palico Ranch, which is super handy!
