Alright, let's talk about the Velocidrome! This guy's a Bird Wyvern that leads a pack of smaller raptors called Velociprey. Honestly, compared to some of the other big baddies, the Velocidrome is pretty straightforward. It's not going to hit you with any crazy status effects or anything, so the fight is more about dealing with the annoyance of its pack and its basic attacks. But hey, at least it's predictable!

Where to find it:

• Verdant Hills: You'll find it starting in Area 5, and it likes to roam around Areas 2, 3, 4, 8, and 10. It also rests in Area 5.
• Primal Forest: It begins in Area 6, roams through Areas 2 and 5, and rests in Area 9.

Weaknesses:

When you're gearing up to fight this thing, definitely bring weapons with Ice element – it's the most effective. However, it's also quite vulnerable to Fire, Water, and Thunder damage, so those are solid choices too!

Attacks to watch out for:

• Forward Bite: This is a pretty standard lunge where it snaps at you twice. Just dodge sideways and you should be fine.
• Pounce: When it's at a distance, it'll leap at you. Sometimes it just knocks you back, but watch out because the other version will actually pin you down! In its rage mode, it does this super fast and can cover a lot of ground, so be ready to dodge.
