Alright, let's talk about the Royal Ludroth in Monster Hunter Generations. These guys are Leviathans, and they're basically the bigger, tougher male versions of the regular Ludroth. You'll spot them easily thanks to that huge, spongy mane they've got. Don't let their size fool you though, they're actually one of the more manageable Leviathans out there, so don't sweat it too much!

Royal Ludroth are weakest to Fire and Thunder element attacks, so make sure you're packing the right gear before you head out.

Royal Ludroth Attacks:

• Claw Swipe: They'll swipe at you with a front claw. It's pretty telegraphed, so just keep an eye out and dodge it.
• Body Whip: This is where they coil up and then lash out with their tail. Watch for the coil-up animation to know it's coming.
• Water Spit: Expect them to spit globs of water at you. Sometimes they'll do a few in quick succession, changing directions.
• Drive-by Water Spit: When they get riled up, they'll charge straight at you, spitting water the whole way. If they're really angry, they might even flip over and do it again, sometimes up to three times!
• Barrel Roll: They'll attempt to roll into you. In their rage mode, this attack is super fast with almost no warning, so be ready to roll out of the way.
• Tail Flick: They'll look back and flick their tail side-to-side. It's a quick move, so timing your dodges is key.
• Leaping Charge: This is a big one where they'll leap from a distance and try to belly flop you. Keep your distance when you see them preparing this.

Taking these parts off can net you some extra materials, so don't be afraid to focus your attacks on them!
