Alright, let's talk about Seregios, the flying pinecone of destruction! This guy is Rathalos's main rival and was a big deal in *Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate*. He's got a nasty trick up his sleeve called Bleeding. If you get hit by his exploding scales and stay mobile, you'll keep losing health. To stop it, you gotta stay still for a bit, eat a Well-done Steak, or use a Mosswine Steak. Just remember, you need to get hit by all three explosions from one of his scale attacks to get the Bleeding status – getting hit by one and then rolling away means you're usually safe.

Seregios's talons are super unique, with two facing forward and two back, letting it grab and slash you like crazy. Keep that in mind when you're dodging!

Areas:

• Dunes: Starts in Area 2, Roams Areas 1, 3, 4, 7, 10, Rests in Area 5
• Volcanic Hollow: Starts in Area 7, Roams Areas 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, Rests in Area 9

Attacks:

• Claw Scratch: It'll flutter a bit and then slam its talons down, kicking up exploding scales.
• Double 180 Tailswing: A fancy tail attack where it swings its tail twice while turning. It also flings scales!
• Tail Whip: Stands still and whips its tail side-to-side, sending out exploding scales.
• Diving Swoop: Flies up and dives at you talons-first. It comes in at a weird angle, so be ready to dodge. If it misses, it'll try again.
• Scale Fling: It puffs up its scales, looking like a pinecone, and flings three scales that explode. Get hit by all three to get Bleeding.
• Pin Attack: It'll pounce and pin you down. If you don't mash to get free, it'll throw you! You can also use a Dung Bomb to escape.
