This village, originally from Monster Hunter Portable 3rd, is a real treat to see in Monster Hunter Generations, especially since it wasn't available worldwide before. Yukumo has a history with the Elder Dragon Amatsu and is super famous for its relaxing footbaths and incredible woodworking skills.
You'll find Yukumo Village is located super close to the Misty Peaks, so get ready for a lot of your requests to send you there. Just like the other main villages and your own prep area, everything you need is right here: the smithy, the market, your house, the kitchen – you name it!
The Yukumo Chief is your go-to for village requests. While she might not push your solo campaign forward much, she'll hand out several requests, many of which involve the Misty Peaks. Completing them will definitely reward you well.
Keep an eye out for the Spring-Keeper Felyne, who manages the footbaths. You might not see her all the time, but she's the one keeping the springs in tip-top shape. Make sure to visit the spring area regularly; you'll often find random NPCs there who might offer some interesting conversations or even give you another village request.
