So, what's the deal? What can these little guys actually do?

A Prowler Can…

• Beat up monsters just as well as a hunter!
• Gather even faster with infinite Bug Nets and Pickaxes!
• Forego Drinks due to hot and cold immunity
• Ignore Paintballs since they can always know where the monster is!
• Use special moves like launching Bombs, setting Traps, healing allies, or boosting allies attack!
• Dig around in the ground to avoid aggro!
• Take advantage of infinite stamina!

A Prowler Can’t…

• Bring items and use them
• Heal/cleanse with items, can only heal with special moves
• Use any of the fancy weapons hunters have aside from its own cutting/impact weapons and boomerangs
• Use Hunting Styles or get lots of kinds of armor skills hunters enjoy
• Use the panic dive that helps hunters get out of a pinch
• Reach many higher areas on a monster that may hunters can reach due to small size

See? Prowlers have a bunch of cool advantages over us hunters. They're awesome for gathering and can hold their own in a fight. You can bring them along with human hunters to help out and deal damage, or go full cat-mode and make a party of only Palicos! Just a heads-up, Prowlers can block, but don't expect them to block super heavy attacks like a Sword and Shield hunter can.
