Alright, so you're looking to snag yourself a Flutter Mane in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet? Awesome choice! This one's a real head-turner, and it's exclusive to the Scarlet version. Think of it as an ancient, ghostly Pokémon that looks a bit like a familiar friend but with a totally unique vibe and type. You'll only be able to hunt these down once you've really delved into the game's main story and unlocked Area Zero, that mysterious crater smack-dab in the middle of the Paldea Region. To get there, you gotta wrap up the three main questlines: Victory Road, Starfall Street, and Path of Legends. Once that's done, you can zip back to Area Zero anytime by fast traveling to the Zero Gate.
