Begin outside the Frost Cavern. Head north to challenge Hiker Ross.

Head east and challenge Sky Trainer Celso.

• Carnivine (Level 41, Grass)
• Swanna (Level 44, Water/Flying)

Head north over the bridge. After speaking with Trevor, head east then north. Challenge Sky Trainer Era on the cliff face.

Return to Trevor's location, then head north-west. Challenge Artist Salvador.

• Smeargle (Level 44, Normal)

Inside the cave, challenge Ace Trainer Cordelia.

• Doublade (Level 46, Steel/Ghost)

Head north. Use your Dowsing Machine to find a Dire Hit. Return to Ace Trainer Cordelia's location, then head east over the ice. Slide east, then north to cross the ice. Move north until you see ice to your east. Enter the ice from the top two tiles, slide onto the snow patch. Use your Dowsing Machine to find a Dusk Ball. Head east over the rest of the ice and challenge Ace Trainer Neil.

• Raichu (Level 42, Electric)
• Golduck (Level 42, Water)
• Marowak (Level 43, Ground)

Head north into the next room. Slide north over the ice to the snow. Use your Dowsing Machine to find an Ice Heal near the rock. Slide south from the tile next to the rock. Now slide east, south, west, north to reach a snow patch. Move to the southern edge of this snow patch, then head west to slide up to Hiker Delmon.

• Relicanth (Level 42, Water/Rock)
• Rhydon (Level 42, Ground/Rock)

Head to the north-east part of the snow island and go north. You'll find an Ice Heal after sliding over the ice. Slide back to the snow island. Slide south from the western edge of the current snow patch. Slide west to exit the ice maze. Move west to the next ice maze. Enter from the bottom to challenge Brains & Brawn Eoin & Wolf in a double battle.

Double Battle: Brains & Brawn Eoin & Wolf

• Grumpig (Level 44, Psychic)
• Hariyama (Level 46, Fighting)

Move north from them onto the ice. Slide west and south back onto the snow. Move one tile west, then slide north along the ice. Slide west then north again onto the snow patch by Black Belt Alonzo. Challenge him.

• Scrafty (Level 43, Dark/Fighting)
• Throh (Level 44, Fighting)

Head south from him to reach Battle Girl Kinsey. Challenge her.

• Sawk (Level 43, Fighting)
• Mienshao (Level 44, Fighting)

Head west until you are next to the river. Use Surf to cross to the other side. Follow the path to stairs down to the next floor. You'll find an ice-covered rock and an Icy Rock in the south-east corner. Walk back out of the room and Surf back.
