    From the central Lumiose City Pokémon Center, go to Lysandre’s Cafe.

    Speak with the waiter inside to initiate a Trainer Battle against a Team Flare Grunt (Level 46 Scrafty).

    Speak with the waitress to initiate another Trainer Battle against a Team Flare Grunt (Level 46 Liepard).

    Examine the cupboard behind the waitress to find a hidden door. Say the password learned from the first Grunt to enter Lysandre Labs.

    Go north up the stairs and battle Team Flare Lysandre (Mienfoo Lvl 45, Murkrow Lvl 45, Pyroar Lvl 47, Gyarados Lvl 49).

    Use the blue tile west of the elevator to move.

    Go north and battle a Team Flare Grunt (Level 46 Swalot).

    Head to the back of the room to find a Rare Candy and read notes on the desk.

    In this area, head to the blue tile that spins west and take it.

    You will be back where you had to choose one of three blue tiles to spin south. Take the eastern-most of these three.

    You will end up near a green warp panel. Stand on it to warp to an item, pick up the Hyper Potion, and warp back.
