Walkthrough

    Head anti-clockwise along North Boulevard, ignoring the lane to the center of town for now. You will pass a seedy alley on your left with nothing inside.

    On the other side of the street, you can find Lumiose Station, but there is nothing there yet.

    Enter Cafe Bataille on the left side of the street. While there's nothing crucial inside, you can get battling tips from the Black Belts.

    Continue anti-clockwise and enter the building with a large entrance on your right to find the Battle Institute.

    Keep going anti-clockwise and pass a gate on your right that leads to Route 16 (inaccessible for now).

    Enter Cafe Action on your left to learn about the PR Video Studio.

    Continue down the boulevard to Cafe Ultimo on your left. Speak with the patrons to learn about Super Training.

    Outside Cafe Ultimo, find a Roller Skater under a tree between the cafe and a building across the road. She will teach you how to Backflip with your Roller Skates by gaining speed and jumping over a ledge.

    Head to the building across from Cafe Ultimo. Go to the fourth floor and speak with the kid to receive a Prism Scale.

    Continue in your current direction. Enter the large building on your right, opposite a lane leading into the city. This is Hotel Richissime, offering minigames and Mr. Bonding, who gives you a Bargain Power.

    Take the elevator to the fifth floor of Hotel Richissime. Enter the east penthouse and speak with the woman in the bathroom to receive TM49 - Echoed Voice.

    Continue down the path. You will see Lumiose Museum on your right. You can enter and pay $200 to learn about the paintings.

    West of the paintings, speak with the purple-haired man to receive TM82 - Dragon Tail.

    Exit the museum and cross the road to the Pokémon Center. The right clerk sells Heal Balls for 300, Net Balls for 1000, and Nest Balls for 1000.

    Continue on and you will see the gate to Route 14 on your right. You cannot pass until you meet Sycamore at Lysandre Cafe.

    Enter the office building on your right. Go to the second floor and then the third floor. Speak with the girl east of the elevator entrance to receive an Expert Belt. The girl next to her will give you a Protein.

    Continue on to a small street shop on your right. If the time is right (3:00, 9:00, 15:00, or 21:00), you can buy Lumiose Galettes.

    Continue on to Cafe Triste on your left; there is nothing of interest inside. The office building opposite also has nothing of interest.

    Continue on to the exit for Route 13 - Lumiose Badlands.

    Head back into South Boulevard and go anti-clockwise. Turn left down an avenue to reach Estival Avenue.

    In Estival Avenue, note the alleys on your right and left. The left alley has nothing. The right alley contains a trainer.

    If you speak with the trainer in the right alley and answer 'Yes' to his question, you will battle Garcon Jacopo, who has a Level 30 Gabite (Dragon/Ground).

    Exit the alley and continue down Estival Avenue. Enter the Loto-ID Center on your right. Speak with the woman at the counter daily to check if your Pokémon's ID matches the daily ID for a prize.
