Alright, you're in the ELEVATOR CONTROL ROOM. Take a look around – there are a few lockers here, a BLUE HERB sitting on a table, a SETTING MANUAL, and a FIRST AID SPRAY. Keep an eye out for leeches crawling on the ground and, uh oh, right on the computer keyboard. You'll need to clear those leeches off the keyboard before you can use the computer. You can either shoot them directly, or if you've got a BLOOD PACK, you can use that to feed them. This might also distract the Leech Man if he decides to show up while you're busy.

Now, about that B2F door – the passcode for the computer here is randomized each time you play. To figure it out, you'll need two key items: the CHEMICAL CODE MESSAGE and a PIECE OF MEMO. You can find one in the NURSES' CENTER on 2F, and the other on the OFFICE on 1F. The CHEMICAL CODE MESSAGE will have a list of letters with numbers next to them, like this:

• K-1210
• I-2005

The other item, the PIECE OF MEMO, will have a four-digit number, let's say it's +2345 for this example. You need to add this number to one of the letter codes. The game usually defaults to 'K', so let's use that. 'K' is 1210. You'll add 2345 to 1210 like this:

2 + 4 = 6 (first digit of +2345 + first digit of 1210)

3 + 0 = 3 (second digit of +2345 + second digit of 1210)

4 + 4 = 8 (third digit of +2345 + third digit of 1210)

5 + 1 = 6 (fourth digit of +2345 + fourth digit of 1210)

So, the code would be 6386. However, it seems the game almost always uses 'K' as the target letter, meaning the code you're looking for will be one of these three: 3555, 5315, or 8211. Try these if the calculation doesn't seem right.

Once you've got the correct passcode for the B2F door, you'll need to enter 0930 to make the roof accessible. The clue for this 0930 code is actually a bit of graffiti found on a desk in the DOCTOR STATION on 1F. The director scribbled that his daughter's birthday is on 'September 30th'. After you've entered the codes and are ready, head out. You're all set to move on!
