Hey there! So, you're diving into the "Desperate Times" scenario in Resident Evil Outbreak. This one's set in the Raccoon Police Station, and it's a bit of a race against time, literally. You'll be dealing with nerve gas flooding rooms, so keep those Gas Neutralizing Canisters handy. You can find a guide on the gas patterns here.

While this scenario is pretty linear with its main objectives, there are some optional things you can do to boost your score. Think of them as little side quests to really master the level.

You'll also notice some NPCs like Aaron, Fred, and Tony around. They're trying to hold off the undead and the critters, but sadly, they don't always make it. Keep an eye out for them, but don't get too sidetracked!

The main goal here is to help Rita Phillips escape through a ventilation tunnel. To do that, you'll need to find five jeweled plates and place them in the statue in the main hall. The locations of these plates can change depending on the difficulty, so always check your surroundings!

Remember, most of the R.P.D interior will be filled with that nasty gas, so be quick and strategic. Grab those Gas Neutralizing Canisters whenever you can, and maybe even place them in rooms you'll be visiting often. Good luck out there!
