    Save your game if you wish. Obtain items in the area: a RESEARCHER'S WILL (found in front of the typewriter), a BROKEN SHOTGUN, and a FIRST AID SPRAY.

    Use the BLOWTORCH on the corpse holding the lever.

    After the lever is pulled, run back out and backtrack to the MAIN SHAFT.

    Head to the door beyond the white doorway.

  • David can repair the BROKEN SHOTGUN for use.
  • The frozen Hunters in the MAIN SHAFT will all be active. There will be one Hunter in the MAIN SHAFT on EASY/NORMAL difficulty, and 2 Hunters on HARD/VERY HARD difficulty. You should ignore them.
