Walkthrough

In Room 30X, check the corner for a GREEN HERB and be aware of a potential zombie.

Look for SHOTGUN SHELLS in the same room.

Crawl through the hole in the wall to the next area.

Warning: In Hard or Very Hard (VH) mode, you must break the hole in the wall by repeatedly shoving or kicking the cracked section.

In the next room, be prepared for a zombie, depending on the difficulty setting.

Near a female corpse, you will find a GRENADE LAUNCHER. For Very Hard (VH) players, a SHOTGUN may be found instead.

A CONCRETE PIECE can also be found in this area (not available in Normal difficulty).

Search the female corpse to obtain the ANTI-VIRUS.

Exit through the door once you have finished searching the area.
